Junk E-Mail Rewards

You have to give out your e-mail address for everything you do these days. It used to be that you only needed an e-mail address for activity on the World Wide Web; this is no longer true. Lately, I have been asked for my e-mail address at the grocery store, a shoe store, and at my favorite yogurt place; but, I don’t get angry at these requests. You can’t blame these business owners for wanting personal access to their customers. Everyone is trying to capitalize on the fact that people are online all day, every day. I know many people hesitate to give out their e-mail address for fear of not being able to find real e-mails amongst all the “junk”. While I understand this hesitation, it does not make sense for a true bargain hunter.
I give out my e-mail address to anyone who wants it because I know that there is always a deal for me in there somehwere. I regularaly receive coupons and sales announcements from all my favorite retailers. I get airline points at restaurants just for accepting e-mails. And I am always the first to know about how to get a deal at local events and restaurants (well, the first along with all the others on the e-mail list.)
You may be wondering: “How does she find her real e-mails through all that junk?” The answer is simple: I’ve got one real e-mail account and one just for my Junk E-Mail Rewards (simply “junk” to big spenders out there). I recommend G-Mail for your Junk E-Mail Rewards account. It will sift out the real spam (i.e. Need a date?, You’ve won a …, RX from Canada). Your inbox will be full of real deals.
What rewards club do you think I’m missing out on?
